FOUL BREATH EXAMINATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foul breath examination device capable of determining a foul breath with high accuracy even if it is used successively. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a cleaning heating means 27 for cleaning a measuring surface of a semiconductor gas sensor 19 by heating the measuring surface. An operation controller 37 controls the operation of the sensor 19, a foul breath determining means 39, and the cleaning heating means 27. The controller 37 is structured so as to cause the determining means 39 to execute foul breath determination in each examination operation based on an electric signal outputted from the sensor 19 after the cleaning heating means 27 is operated for a prescribed period of time.
