Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm type vacuum pump to be used as a bleeding pump of an absorption refrigerating machine wherein no daily maintenance is required, the running cost is prevented from rising, and no problems concerning waste oil disposal is caused. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 3 of the diaphragm type dry vacuum pump A is a pump head interior copying type diaphragm, and a suction valve mechanism 10 and an exhaust valve mechanism 20 are positioned on the outer surface 2b of a pump head 2.
