SOLUTION: The unit type building 10 is formed by combining a plurality of substantially rectangular solid like building units 17. The building unit 17 is provided with a boundary side outer wall surface 21 arranged near the border line, recessed parts 23 and 26 formed on a roof surface or an outer wall surface 25 adjacent to the boundary side outer wall surface 21, and openings 24 and 27 provided on the recessed parts 23 and 26.
