Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for improving a platability which can reduce uneven plating by improving the platability in the width direction of an alloyed, hot-dip galvanized steel plate especially using a high-Si or high-P steel. SOLUTION: In the process for improving the platability of the alloyed, hot-dip galvanized steel plate, a steel plate containing ≥0.15 mass% Si or ≥0.035 mass% P is cold-rolled, annealed, and after its surface is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing, subjected to alloying. Here, the cold-rolled, annealed steel plate is cooled from 650-850°C to 400-500°C at a cooling rate of 15-125°C/sec (preferably 70-125°C/sec), subsequently maintained at a uniform temperature of 400-500°C for 80-200 sec, and after its surface is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing, heated to 470-550°C.
