Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid preparation containing an active ingredient unstable to acids, especially a benzimidazole-based compound having antiulcer activity, capable of quickly neutralizing the acids in the stomach without applying an enteric coating, rapidly expressing pharmacological effect of the active ingredient and suppressing generation of carbon dioxide gas as far as possible. SOLUTION: The solid preparation is disintegrated in the stomach, contains the active ingredient unstable to the acids, especially the benzimidazole-based compound and at least one species selected from metal oxides and metal hydroxides, is not applied with the enteric coating and has ≤7 minutes disintegration time in the stomach.
