Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sales efficiency of each store by determining the way merchandise is distributed to a plurality of stores. SOLUTION: A distribution process computer 10 uses a transaction DB 36 to rank stores for the merchandise to be distributed. This ranking is effected using the sales performance of each store as to the group (merchandise attribute group) to which the merchandise belongs, to arrange the stores in ranks S, A, B and C. A process that is executed according to the rank of each store determines the stores to which the merchandise is distributed and the amounts of merchandise distributed. Based on the result of this distribution simulation, the merchandise is distributed to each store. Additional distributions are determined by a process that is executed based on the sales performance of each store for the merchandise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
