Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital contents distributing system for allowing a contents provider to dynamically and flexibly control the restriction of access to distributed digital contents. SOLUTION: A contents supplier 1000 distributes access control algorithm 58 for determining which restriction is imposed on the access to the contents, and a device in a user home 2000 receiving this algorithm executes the access control algorithm 58 before staring the access to the contents, and executes access to the contents within the access restriction determined there.
