An oil separating part 3 for internally storing a net-like or porous film body is arranged in the refrigerant circuit between the evaporator 6 and the compressor 1 for passing the HFC refrigerant and the compatible oil, and restraining the passing of incompatible oil incompatible with the HFC refrigerant.
