REFRIGERATING CYCLE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring a highly reliable refrigerating cycle device by facilitating construction work of a refrigerator and an air conditioner for diverting an existing apparatus by separating and recovering old refrigerating machine oil even when refrigerating machine oil for an old refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil for a new refrigerant are mixed in a refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle device has the refrigerant circuit constituted by annularly connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an orifice device 7, and an evaporator 6, and connects the condenser 2 and the orifice device 7, and the evaporator 6 and the compressor 1 by a first bypass pipe 5 having an orifice device 4, and uses an HFC refrigerant as an operating medium, and uses compatible oil with the HFC refrigerant as the refrigerating machine oil. An oil separating part 3 for internally storing a net-like or porous film body is arranged in the refrigerant circuit between the evaporator 6 and the compressor 1 for passing the HFC refrigerant and the compatible oil, and restraining the passing of incompatible oil incompatible with the HFC refrigerant.
