Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a foundation pile structure so as to retain the structure even in a liquefaction ground in an earthquake. SOLUTION: A solidified layer 2 of soil cement is formed at least in the periphery of the foundation pile 1 in a liquefaction layer. The rigidity of the solidified layer 2 is preferably at least 0.2 times as much as the rigidity of the foundation pile 1 and the outer diameter of the solidified layer 2 is preferably 1.4-2.7 times as much as the diameter of the foundation pile 1.
