Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an undesirable efficiency problem in a method for operating a cleaning apparatus by always operating a flowing water horn or arranging a sensor so as to match the same with the size of an object to be washed. SOLUTION: An oscillation device 2 provided with a pulse oscillator 2a and a continuous oscillator 2b is connected to a control device 1 and the output of the oscillation device 2 is connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 4 of the flowing water horn 3. The output of the ultrasonic vibrator 4 is connected to the control device 1 through a receiver 5 and the output of the control device 1 is connected to a water feeder 6.
