PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a bonding effect to eliminate stay of blood by increasing bonding strength for mutual connection members, and to secure a flow passage for the blood or the like. SOLUTION: In each of those medical tool components 1, 1A, an end face of the first connection member 2 having at least an inner layer 2I and an outer layer 2O is made to abut to an end face of a tubular connection part 5 of the second connection member 4 to be brought into close contact, an outer circumference of a joining face of the first connection member 2 to the tubular connection part 5 of the second connection member 4 is coated with a close- contact member 3 having an inner layer 3I and an outer layer 3O to be brought into close contact, and the inner layer 3I of the close-contact member 3, the tubular connection part 5 of the second connection member 4, and the outer layer 2O of the first connection member 2 are self-bonded by heating them, so as to connect the first connection member 2 to the tubular connection part 5 of the second connection member 4.
