Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mineral-containing beverage which contains humic acid as an excrement-deodorizing component, ions essential to an organism, such as an alkaline earth metal cation, saccharides, and a nitrogen-containing component, and is packed into a container after being subjected to simple heat sterilization, so that the beverage is surely prevented from rotting and forming deposits during storage and distribution thereof and further the beverage is preferably ingested by pet animals. SOLUTION: This mineral-containing beverage is given by controlling its pH and adding a combination of phytic acid and a specified amino acid thereto. The beverage is sealed in the container after being subjected to the simple heat sterilization. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
