Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly access a memory from the outside without passing through a logic circuit in a semiconductor device with a logic circuit and a memory mounted in one package. SOLUTION: Access to a logic circuit 10 is performed through an external terminal 12 for logic circuit, access to a memory 11 from the logic circuit 10 is performed through a connection node 10A and a selector 14, and direct access to the memory 11 from the outside is performed through an external terminal 13 for memory and the selector 14 without passing through the logic circuit 10.
