Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which a disk tray is prevented from being ejected even when shock is operated. SOLUTION: The disk device has a device main body formed with an opening on its front side, a disk tray 51 installed movable through the opening to the device main body and a driving mechanism for driving the disk tray 51. The disk tray 51 has a rack gear 540 engaged with an upper gear (driving gear) that the driving mechanism has, and the disk tray 51 has a portion linearly extending along with a moving direction of the disk tray 51 and a guide rail 550 provided parallel with the rack gear 540 for guiding a second rotary shaft (guide pin) provided in the driving mechanism, and also a detachment preventive means 560 for preventing the second rotary shaft from being detached from a terminal portion of the guide rail 550.
