IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM AND INFORMATION RECORDING TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily retrieve image information utilizing music sound information, thereby allowing more easily enjoying a slide show. SOLUTION: An information recording terminal 40 records image information obtained from a negative film 6 of a customer 2 and a dedicated application in an information recording medium 5, and provides the medium to the customer 2. The customer 2 duplicates the data recorded in the information recording medium 5 in a computer terminal 2a. A control portion of the computer terminal 2a creates, according to a dedicated application program, a correlation file having stored therein the image information stored in the slide show and various settings of the music sound information, a selection history file having stored therein the history of image information selected and used while correlated with the music sound information, and a classification file which classifies the music sound information into genres. In the image information retrieving processing, the control portion retrieves image information based on the music sound information with reference to the created files. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
