Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reveal a solid feeling without exposing a plywood base material even if a groove part is formed on a surface of a floor material, and to prevent occurrence of a crack in a surface part even if the expansion-contraction occurs accompanied by drying and wetting. SOLUTION: A veneer composite plate 4 is constituted by laminating a first veneer 1, paper or nonwoven fabric 2, and a second veneer 3 in this order from the upper side. This veneer composite plate 4 is stuck on the plywood base material 5. The groove part 6 reaching the inside of the thickness of the second veneer 3 from a surface of the first veneer 1 is formed on the veneer composite plate 4.
