Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disposing high-alumina bricks for preventing the occurrence of cracks in checker bricks in lower parts of a regenerator of a hot stove. SOLUTION: In the method for disposing the refractory material in the regenerator of the hot stove for heating air blasted into the blast furnace, the high- alumina bricks having a cristobalite content of ≤10 mass% are placed at parts where the working temperature is ≤300°C.
