Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition in which the ester exchange reaction is restrained and to provide a polyester resin composition improved in crystallinity. SOLUTION: There is manufactured a polytrimethylene terephthalate compatible resin composition which unnecessitates decreasing the amount of the terminal hydroxyl groups with a terminal blocking agent, is restrained in the ester exchange reaction, is less in the melting point lowering and is improved in crystallinity, by selecting a combination of a polytrimethylene terephthalate and a compatible polyester and further adding a phosphate compound as a retarder of the ester exchange reaction.
