LIPASE ACTIVITY ACTIVATOR, SKIN CARE PREPARATION CONTAINING THE LIPASE ACTIVITY ACTIVATOR AND USED FOR SLIMMING BODY, AND BATHING AGENT CONTAINING THE LIPASE ACTIVITY ACTIVATOR AND USED FOR SLIMMING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipase activity activator comprising a galenical, to provide a skin care preparation containing the same and used for slimming bodies, and to obtain a bathing agent containing the same and used for slimming bodies. SOLUTION: The lipase activity activator comprises one or more galenicals selected from Rubia akane Nakai root, polygala root, Cassia glauca, Cassia occidentalis and Areca catechu. The skin care preparation contains the same and is used for slimming the bodies, and the bathing agent contains the same and is used for slimming the bodies. The dermal administration of the lipase activity activator enables the decrease of fat tissues such as subcutaneous fats, the improvement of obesity and the slimming of the bodies.
