Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-wheeled-drive vehicle that can forecast a change in weather and carry out an optimum four-wheeled driving force allocation control. SOLUTION: When a present atmospheric pressure is lower than a preset depression value (S58: Yes), or when the atmospheric pressure keeps decreasing at a rate higher than a certain value for a certain time (S60: Yes), the driving force allocation control is shifted to that of a rainy weather mode (S64) or of snowy weather mode (S66), with an expectation of rain fall or snow. Thus, the four-wheeled-drive vehicle can exert a proper 4WD performance even in a rainy or snowy weather by forecasting a slippery condition of a road surface under a rainy or snowy weather from the condition of the atmospheric pressure and shifting the control of an engaging force of a torque allocation clutch to enhance the traveling performance of the vehicle.
