FILTRATION DEVICE AND ELECTRIC VACUUM CLEANER INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration device which includes an easily cleanable filter with a large passage area of air. SOLUTION: The filtration device is equipped with a first frame body 50 with a first opening 51, a second frame body 60 joined to the first frame body 50 and having a second opening 62 which opposes to the first opening 51, and a filter 41 held between the first opening 51 and the second opening 51, 61 by joining the first frame body 50 and the second frame body 60, passes air between the first and the second openings 51, 62, and removes dust contained in the air. The first frame body 50 and the second frame body 60 are joined detachably. Bending members (a first and a second column-shaped members) 55, 65, which bend the filter 41 and make the passage area of the filter where air passes large when the first and second frame bodies 50, 60 are joined, are provided on the first frame body 50 and the second frame body 60, and the filter 41 is detached when the first and the second frame bodies are separated.
