Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents recorder capable of surely recording the contents. SOLUTION: A contents recorder 10 includes a CPU 18, and by the CPU 18, license data are prepared in a charging mode or a reproducing mode and stored in a memory card 12. When a sound recording mode is set, the desired contents (music data) are stored in the memory card 12 after the compression process and encipherment are applied. At this time, the preliminarily produced license data are assigned to enciphered music data stored in the memory card 12. Consequently, the omission of a head part in the next music data does not occur since the time required for producing the license data is eliminated in the sound recording mode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
