INFORMATION NOTICE SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify suitably another user of information on origination of origination information through a communication network. SOLUTION: Relation evaluation values which are values for showing the relation between an origination user and the kind of the origination information of the origination user, and another user are registered in a relation DB 31. When the origination information is registered in an information sharing system 3, this information notice system 15 selects one or more users whose relation evaluation values corresponding to the origination user of the origination information and its kind are over a threshold from a plurality of users, and notifies the selected one or more users that the origination information is registered. In addition, the information notice system 15 changes properly the relation evaluation values based on the browsing state of the pertinent origination information or evaluation to the pertinent origination information, and preserves not only the present relation evaluation values but also the past relation evaluation values.
