Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential generating circuit capable of accurately controlling an output potential. SOLUTION: The internal power supply potential generating circuit is provided with a control potential generating circuit 4 including four MOS transistors 16, 28, 17, and 29 serially connected between a node N13 and the line of a ground potential GND for controlling a pull-up transistor 30 and a pull-down transistor 20 to match the potential VO of an output node N19 with a control potential VC, a monitor potential generating circuit 3 including four MOS transistors 14, 26, 15, 27 serially connected between the node N13 and the line of the ground potential GND for generating a monitor potential VM, a voltage dividing circuit 1 for generating a potential VR1 which is 1/2 of a reference potential VR0, and a VCC1 generating circuit 2 for controlling the potential of the node N13 to set the monitor potential VM as a reference potential VR1.
