Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing weight of structuring parts by preventing tensile strength proof strength of used materials from degrading by bonding them at a low temperature at which the strength is not degraded. SOLUTION: A first and a second heat exchanger plates 12a and 12b are used as a set of the two. A fluid passage forming part 15 is provided between protruding parts 14. With each of the protruding parts 14 facing outward, an inner face of a protruding part 14 of one of the heat exchanger plates 12a and 12b is bonded with the fluid passage forming part 15 of the other one of the heat exchanger plates 12a and 12b to form a coolant passages 19 and 20.
