SOLUTION: A fiber sheet (D) is stuck to a concrete surface by using at least one treatment of a primer (A) containing a one pack type epoxy resin compound (X) containing epoxy resin (X1) and a ketimine-base compound (X2) having a radical expressed in the following formula (1), in which R1and R2show the same or different hydrocarbon radicals, and an uneven adjuster (B) including the one pack type epoxy resin compound (X), and a fiber sheet impregnation material (C) including the compound (X).
