Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a driving motor to be driven with small power consumption at a low cost. SOLUTION: This sheet supply device has a feeding roller for separating documents one by one to feed them, a carrying roller for carrying the document separated for feeding, a document end sensor for detecting a carrying directional end of the document passing through the carrying roller, a motor for giving the driving force to the feeding roller and the carrying roller, and a sequence controller for controlling the motor on the basis of the information from the document end sensor. The feeding roller has a rotary projecting part 301 to be rotated by the driving force transmitted from the motor and a rotary recessed part 302 to be rotated by engagement with the rotary projecting part 301, and the feeding roller is rotated by engagement of the rotary projecting part 301 with the rotary recessed part 302 after the rotary projecting part 301 rotate the predetermined quantity after the document end passes. When idle rotation time till the rotary projecting part 301 is engaged with the rotary recessed part 302 is ta and the time to be required to detect the document rear end with the document end sensor after the document end passes through the feeding roller is tb, both the time are set to satisfy the relation ta>tb.
