PRESS FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming device having good productivity capable of inhibiting equipment costs without complexity of structures and growing the press forming device in size. SOLUTION: The press forming device has a guide means 10 for keeping the accuracy of the relative position between a lower mold 2 and an upper mold 3 by moving the upper mold 3 downward and inserting a point edge 11a of the guide post 11 arranged in the lower mold 2 into the guide bush 12 engaged into the guide bush ole 14 which is pierced in the upper mold 3, and a device 20 for generating a compressed air in the guide bush ole 14 with the progress of the guide post 11 into the guide bush 12 by moving the upper mold 3 downward. The guide bush 12 and the guide post 11 of the guide means 10 have functions of a cylinder and a piston of the compressed air generating device 20 respectively, and the compressed air generating device 20, whose main part is the structure of the guide means 10, can be additionally arranged.
