ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiograph capable of easily measuring the electrocardiographic complex of a subject at the occurrence of an event to the subject and displaying and transmitting it. SOLUTION: This electrocardiograph is composed of a body case held to a subject's chest and provided with an electric circuit inside; a common electrode provided on the back face which is on the chest side of the body case; at least a pair of arm parts extended from the body case; an electrocardiographic complex detecting electrode provided on the tip part of each of a pair of arm parts; an electrocardiographic complex detecting means for detecting the electrocardiographic complex of the subject on the basis of a signal from the electrocardiographic complex detecting electrode; a display means for displaying the electrocardiographic complex detected by the electrocardiographic complex detecting means; a transmitting means for transmitting the electrocardiographic complex detected by the electrocardiographic complex detecting means; and a switch part for starting the detection, display and transmission of the electrocardiographic complex by pressing the common electrode and electrocardiographic complex detecting electrode to the chest side to come in contact with the chest.
