Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assaying creatine kinase included in liquid samples. SOLUTION: The method of assaying creatine kinase in liquid sample comprises the following steps: (a) a liquid sample is placed on a receptacle; (b) the sample is transferred in an electrophoretic medium layer; (c) an electric field is generated between both ends of the electrophoretic medium; (d) a reagent is placed on the electrophoretic medium layer, (e) the electrophoretic medium layer is irradiated with ultraviolet rays; (f) the medium layer is scanned with a light sensor; and (g) the sample is exposed to a pH-indicator dye before the scanning step.
