Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security management system in which communication under given-level security check is ensured and diffusion of a virus is prevented when remote service or the like is done between enterprises. SOLUTION: The security management system managing the security of the communication done between systems connected on a network is provided with an observation station fetching data sent from the system of a sender for the security check and sending the fetched data to the system of a receiver when the result of the check reveals no problem.
