SOLUTION: A mobile station 100 acquires present location information from a mobile communication network 300. A location information control manager 22 refers to a location start setting table 23 on the basis of the latest location information to retrieve an application program associated with the area and performs an instruction that starts/ends the corresponding application program in accordance with setting.
