PORTABLE TELEPHONE SET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase directivity as much as possible, and to improve handling property by eliminating any site projecting at an antenna part to prevent the antenna part from being caught by anything at the time of taking in/out this portable telephone set, and to improve operability by fixing the antenna part in order to make it unnecessary to operate the antenna main body. SOLUTION: An antenna part 10 accessory to a grippable telephone set main body 1 for transmitting and receiving a radio wave is provided with an antenna main body 11 configured of coil-shaped transmitting/receiving antennas 11a and 11b constituted of a conductor, and formed of an erectable rigid body and a holder 12 attachably/detachably accessary to the upper edge part of the telephone set main body 1 for holding the antenna main body 11 erectable inside. The holder 12 is formed like a block having an outer peripheral face continuous to the outer peripheral face of the telephone set main body 1. Also, the holder 12 is provided with a cover 14 formed on a base 13 so as to be attachable/detachable, and configured of transparent or translucent resin covering the antenna main body 11.
