Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a computer to perform operation management of a storage without performing the operation management relating to a storage capacity, etc. SOLUTION: A management module 110 is arranged in each storage 11a to 11n. The use condition of volume in the storage from users' computers 10a to 10n is monitored as needed, and to users is informed of it from the storage depending on the variation of the use condition. Consequently, it becomes possible to inform the users of the use capacity of the computer from the storage device, even if the software for use in monitoring is not introduced into the users' computers.
