Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity-change detecting element used to detect a viscosity change of a reaction solution easily and with satisfactory accuracy and to provide a viscosity-change-detecting stirring rotor, a stirring device and a semiautomatic synthetic device using the detecting element. SOLUTION: The viscosity-change detecting element 5 comprises (a) an elastic body 16 whose flexure elastic deformation and/or torsion elastic deformation are possible and (b) a movable permanent magnet 13 which is attached to the elastic body 16 directly or via a connecting member so as to be moved according to a deformation of the elastic body 16. In the viscosity-change detecting element, a part of the elastic body 16 is fixed to a support 135 used to support the detecting element 5, the elastic body 16 generates the flexure elastic deformation and/or the torsion elastic deformation due to a rotation and/or a vibration in a rotating liquid, a relative position of the magnet 13 with respect to an external detection means 6 installed in a definite position is changed according to the viscosity change of the liquid, a change in the relative position is detected by the means 6, and the viscosity change of the liquid is detected.
