SOLUTION: This drain anchor is composed of an anchor body 1 having slots 6, 7 at least at the tip and on this side, and a center pin 2 having a cylindrical enlarged diameter part 9 at the tip, A gap passing water therethrough is provided between the shaft part 8 of the center pin and a center hole in the central part of the anchor body 1.
