Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pyrolytically reducing plastic wastes to oil wherein agglomeration of residues in a pyrolizing furnace can be prevented, the gasifying rate of high boiling-point refluxing liquid components can be increased, and the energy consumed for heating can be reduced. SOLUTION: Plastic wastes are pyrolytically gasified in the pyrolizing furnace heated by a heater. The pyrolyzed gas thus formed is cooled and condensed in a first cooler to liquefy high boiling-point components. Low boiling-point gas components are separated from the high boiling-point liquid components in a refluxing vessel. The low boiling-point gas components separated in the refluxing vessel are subjected to cooling/condensing in a second cooler located downstream of the refluxing vessel to form an oil. The high boiling-point components are gasified through decomposition in a refluxed liquid decomposition/gasification furnace located between the pyrolizing furnace and the refluxing vessel, and then refluxed to the first cooler.
