Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas filter support device capable of continuously developing sealability over a long period of time and also excellent from an aspect of maintenance. SOLUTION: An air cylinder for pressing a ceramic filter is fixed to a place separated from the ceramic filter through a backwashing air jet pipe. A female support member and the male support member threaded therewith are attached to the inner peripheral part of the communication hole bored in a wall body and the end part of the ceramic filter is fixed to the support device thus formed. A copper metal packing developing high ductility at a high temperature and having high familiarity is held between the opposed surfaces of the female and male support members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
