Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a protein bonding substance (PBS) from a protein-containing liquid (A) containing a water soluble substance if existing such as, for example, a blood or a plasma by a special semipermeable membrane and a dialysis using a dialytic liquid (B) via a protein having an acceptor function to the PBS from the liquid (A). SOLUTION: The membrane useful for this method imparts a tunnel-like structure to the liquid (A) side and must impart an output/input and an adsorption structure to the dyalitic liquid (B) side. The one surface or both the surfaces of the film, that is, the protein-containing liquid (A) side and the dyalitic liquid (B) side of the membrane are coated with the protein having the acceptor function to the PBS. The PBS-containing dyalitic liquid (B) obtained after the dialysis can be refined by first passing the dyalitic liquid through an ordinary use dialytic unit so as to remove the water soluble substance and then passing the liquid through a charcoal and a resin adsorption material so as to remove the PBS from the protein molecules of the acceptor. The refined liquid (B) containing liberated acceptor protein molecules is then again used as the liquid (B). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
