Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a component structured for a front face maintenance, to reduce the structure in weight and to shorten the marginal length of a wire for front face maintenance. SOLUTION: A rack is divided into a substrate housing 1 and a wire connecting part 2, and a movable part necessary for the front face maintenance comprises only the wire connecting part 2, thus allowing reduction in the weight of the movable part. Furthermore, the structure of a rotating mechanism 3 is also simplified associated with the reduction in the weight of the movable part. The substrate housing 1 is reduced in weight by installing the component 4 that supports the substrate housing at the control board side. The marginal length (b) of the wire to the wire connecting part is shortened by routing a wire path from the vicinity of the rotating mechanism 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
