Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely managing system of building which can manage an operation of a facility apparatus installed in a plurality of the buildings at a remote position at a low communication cost. SOLUTION: The building remotely managing system comprises: a controller 31 connected to the facility apparatus in the building; and a host computer 10 for remotely managing the controller 31 via a communication network 50. The controller 31 collects monitor data from the apparatuses 41, etc., in the building, outputs control data, etc., to the apparatuses 41, periodically requests a connection to the host computer 10, transmits the monitor data to the computer 10 via the network 50, and acquires control data from the computer 10.
