SUPPORT SERVICE SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INTERNET INFORMATION AND INTERNET ADVERTISEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support service system for providing information or an Internet advertisement system in which provision of Internet information to or acquisition of the Internet information from an information desiring person is facilitated by a telephone request or setting of an acquisition desired information genre and information is transmitted in a push form to a television receiver or the like. SOLUTION: The support service system for providing Internet information includes; a television receiver 13 and a telephone 19 placed in a user's home; a set-top box 15 attached to the television receiver; a call center 16 including a calling/receiving telephone 21, a personal computer 22 for searching for and receiving information via the Internet, and a WWW server 24 containing a home site 24a of a user; a first telephone line 32 for interconnecting the telephone 19 and the calling/receiving telephone 21; and a second telephone line 31 for interconnecting the set-top box with the home site.
