PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately charge for the execution of service scenarios cooperated over a plurality of platform layers or a plurality of platform layers of a plurality of communication control apparatus. SOLUTION: Using identification information for identifying call detail information about one service scenario continuing over upper and lower platform layers, the identification information are collated to acquire call detail information accompanying the execution of the one service scenario on the upper and lower platform layers after executing the service scenario. Thus charging is made for the acquired call detail information. If the execution of the one service scenario accompanies with the cooperation of a plurality of communication control apparatus, the communication control apparatus mutually inform of their identification information.
