Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR characteristics. SOLUTION: Since an electrode foil where aggregate of micro particles of aluminum or aluminum oxide becoming self-similar in the length range of 2 μm-0.2 μm is adhering to one side or both sides of a smooth aluminum foil is wound together with a separator and the separator holds solid electrolyte of organic conductor in a solid electrolytic capacitor employing organic conductor, e.g. TCNQ complex, resistive component of the electrode foil decreases and resistive component of the electrolyte between the electrode foils also decreases. Furthermore, contact resistance at the joint of the electrode foil and the electrode lead-out terminal also decreases and thereby a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR characteristics can be obtained.
