Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of sealing defect by preventing deterioration of the sealing seal material and minimize reduction of light-emitting area and deterioration of light-emitting quality. SOLUTION: A sealing seal material 5 is arranged so as to surround each of the organic EL structures 2 and an outer periphery seal material 6 is arranged on the outside of the region where the sealing seal material 5 is arranged on the sealing substrate 5 so as to surround the region where the sealing seal material 5 is arranged, and after sealing the plural organic EL structures 2 by the sealing substrate 4 and the sealing seal material 5, the member 30 formed is cut, and the region where the outer periphery seal material 6 is arranged is removed, thereby, it is separated into a plurality of organic EL elements.
