DISASTER PREVENTIVE MONITORING FACILITY FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work burden by simply and easily remotely testing a fire sensor of each house. SOLUTION: In the disaster preventive monitoring facility for the multiple dwelling house, fire alarm receivers 2 for houses of respective houses are connected to a transmission line 3 from a receiving board of the dwelling house, and commands or data are transmitted by designating addresses. A remote test instruction part 5a is provided on the side of the residential ward receiving board 1, and a test command designated with the address of the fire receiver 2 for the house is transmitted. A remote test repeater 18 is provided in the fire alarm receiver 2 for the house and when a test signal designated with the present address is received from the remote test indicator 5a, fire sensors 20-1 to 20-n are remotely tested to transmit the tested result as a response.
