Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a facial image synthesizing device for automatically preparing a new facial image extracting a facial image from a two-dimensional image including the face of a person photographed with an image sensor, providing the facial image with movements or applying processing such as exchange of facial parts. SOLUTION: This facial image synthesizing device is provided with an image inputting part 1 for obtaining an image including the face of the person, a face area acquiring part 2 for acquiring a face area including the head of the person from the obtained image, and a face area processing part 3 for preparing a vibrating facial image by displacing, expanding/reducing and/or turning image data in the acquired face area with the elapse of time.
