A person AS1 in charge of the business carrying a note type personal computer ASC with an Internet connecting function visits a person C1 considered to be a customer, and reads the home page A1HP through the note type personal computer ASC in front of the person C1 considered to be a customer, and explains a difference of goods management between the company in charge and other companies to the person C1 considered to be a customer by using the sound data and sentence data stored in the note type personal computer ASC to give an impact to the person C1 considered to be a customer.
