Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update data on a monitor screen to the latest data periodically and in a short time for checking whether the data on the monitor screen is the latest data or not. SOLUTION: A PDA (personal digital assistant) requests for transmission the latest data of data on a monitor screen G3 periodically to a server. The monitor screen G3 is provided with a display block BL1. If there is a response to the request for the transmission from the server, a display color of the display block BL1 is turned to green.
